What a discouraging morning in the gym. I can't squat worth a shit. Form sucks. Grrrrrrrrrr. Gotta figure out how to fix this. Worked on chinups, did 4 negatives as advised by my trainer ;-) 10 second drops. Those were fun. And a pretty girl smiled at me in the store last night, so I guess it's not all bad.

We all have those days, Bob. I've been having a few of them myself lately. Keep at it, it's bound to get better. Any guidance from your trainer on your squat form?
Not yet, Greg. I'm checking out some sites for proper form and anything I can find about correcting it. I'm going to take some video the next time I try them so it can be reviewed and corrections suggested. I think it's a matter of practice, practice, practice and checking my ego at the door for now.
It just doesn't feel right. I feel I'm going low enough. Like I said I'm going to video it, probably tomorrow, so i can try to figure it out.
And yes, it was just the bar :-(
