Hurts So Good

DOMS!! They're back. There are lots of studies out there speculating where they come from. But I know where - IT'S FROM BEING A MORON AND NOT GOING TO THE GYM FOR A MONTH, THAT'S WHERE.

Ouch. It hurts to scratch my head.

And it's leg day tomorrow.

Is your DOMS usually worse on upper or lower body?

I hardly ever experience it in my upper body, regardless of workout intensity. Legs and glutes, however...

Lower is worse and usually lasts a lot longer than upper. I have it on upper now because it's been so long, but after a few workouts I rarely get upper body DOMS. I always get them on lower body but as I workout more they don't last as long.
